Yes. With a free account you can join any project you are invited to, listen to tracks, leave timestamped feedback, and follow the full version history — forever, at no cost.
No. Only the person who creates and runs projects needs Pro. Everyone you invite — artists, clients, labels — collaborates on a free account. You never pay per seat.
Pro costs USD 19 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period — no partial-month surprises.
Nothing is deleted. Your projects, files, and comments remain intact. You simply cannot create new projects or workspaces until you upgrade again.
Refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong, write to support@stemix.ch and we will sort it out.
